Job summary

Arundel Court Primary Academy is seeking a proactive learning support assistant to back the Class Teacher, creating a safe space, preparing resources and encouraging independent thinking and positive behaviour. You may support learners individually or in small groups, and supervise lunchtime activity as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
