Job summary

Tempest Resourcing Limited is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for mainstream primary schools in Worcester. Roles are long-term through our agency, with start dates ASAP or January 2026. Salary is £90-£110 per day, paid via PAYE or an Umbrella payroll.

You will support pupils in class and small groups, adapt lessons, and assist with SEN/EAL needs while fostering an inclusive environment and positive pupil staff relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience helping pupils across the primary curriculum.
• Ability to adapt learning for individual needs.
• DBS update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the primary curriculum in class and 1:1 or small group settings.
• Work with teachers to tailor learning to individual needs.
• Provide support for pupils with SEN and EAL to promote inclusion.
• Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to social, emotional, and academic development.
