REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join Pemberley Academy. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support, enabling all pupils to access the curriculum through targeted activities.

We value enthusiasm, patience, and a can-do attitude. You will foster a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment, providing 1:1 or small-group support as needed and helping pupils make strong progress.
