Job summary

King’s Academy Oakwood is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our primary team, led by the Head of Primary and Deputy Heads. You will support students in the classroom, work with small groups and provide 1:1 support when needed.

Experience with Speech and Language difficulties, specific learning difficulties and ASD would be advantageous. The role requires confidentiality, efficiency and the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience with students who have Speech and Language difficulties, specific learning difficulties or ASD is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom and with small groups.
