Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting Primary teachers to work in mainstream Primary schools in South Gloucestershire. You will cover day-to-day lessons for KS2 pupils, delivering engaging sessions while ensuring strong classroom management and adapting to pupils with diverse needs.

The role requires QTS (ECTs welcome) and UK primary experience, including SEND support and solid KS2 curriculum knowledge. Competitive rates and ongoing CPD are offered.

Qualifications

• QTS or ECTs recognised for UK primary roles.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools is essential.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is required.
• Strong knowledge of KS2 curriculum and assessments.
• Outstanding classroom management and engagement skills.

TeacherActive are recruiting Primary teachers to be working within mainstream Primary schools in South Gloucestershire.

We are looking to take on a Primary Teacher for day-to-day cover from September, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, provide effective classroom management and adapt their teaching to support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)


• Primary teaching experience in the UK


• Experience supporting children with SEND


• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum across KS2


• Excellent classroom management


• An adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
