Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Stockton, seeking a Primary Teacher to support KS2 classes on a day-to-day basis from September. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Primary Curriculum and manage classes effectively.

Salary: £130 - £150 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming mainstream Primary School in Stockton, who are looking for a Primary Teacher to support their Key Stage 2 / KS2 pupils. The school provides a positive and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking to take on a Primary Teacher on a day-to-day basis from September, supporting classes across Key Stage 2 / KS2 as required. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum, maintain strong classroom management and provide a positive learning environment for pupils.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Primary teaching experience in the UK
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Excellent classroom management
• A flexible and positive approach
