Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support learning across Peterborough's primary schools on a supply basis. You will deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher release time and provide strong classroom support.

This role offers opportunities for long-term placements and potential permanent positions for the right candidate, with competitive PAYE rates and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role.
• Recent experience working within a UK primary school.
• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups.
• Provide high-quality classroom support alongside class teachers.
• Lead intervention groups to support pupils' progress in core subjects.
• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to support school operations.
