Job summary

Salfords Primary School is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support learning across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will deliver planned lessons, work with groups and individuals, and help create a safe, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• HLTA qualification.
• Experience delivering lessons to whole classes across Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Adapt and deliver engaging learning strategies; manage behaviour.
• Strong organisational skills: preparing resources, recording pupil progress, planning.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning individually and in small groups.
• Deliver planned lessons and support pupils with a range of needs.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school and cluster network.
