As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside dedicated teaching staff to help pupils reach their full potential. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support, focusing particularly on developing pupils' literacy and numeracy skills. In addition, you will assist with lesson delivery, help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment.
