The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers across Key Stages 1 and 2 to deliver tailored academic support. You will assist in lessons, run small group sessions and provide one-to-one interventions focused on core subjects. Your support will be crucial in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, build self-confidence, and achieve their academic targets.
