The Role
As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ academic progress and personal development. Your responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions, offering one-to-one support, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will play a key role in raising attainment and building pupil confidence across a range of subjects, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate who is passionate about education and considering a future in teaching. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach are essential. Any previous experience working with children, either in a school or other setting, would be advantageous.
