Share Primary Academy in Huddersfield is recruiting two Educational Teaching Assistants to support learning in a primary setting. The roles are 32.5 hours per week, 8:30am–3:30pm, term time plus one week, with duties to assist the class teacher and support pupils including those with additional needs.

Qualifikationen

• Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children/young people in a school.
• Experience of working with children who have SEN.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster good relationships with parents/carers.

Aufgaben

• Assist the teacher in delivering the curriculum and ensuring access to learning.
• Supervise pupils and support targeted groups or individuals as directed.
• Contribute to before/after school enrichment activities and supervision.
• Support safeguarding and promote pupil welfare under school policies.
• Help monitor pupil progress and feedback to teaching staff.
