Job summary

Aspire People Manchester is inviting passionate and ambitious Primary ECTs to begin their journey on supply from November 2026 across Infant, Junior, and Primary schools in Oldham, Greater Manchester. You’ll gain invaluable experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 while exploring settings and year groups where you excel.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Flexible, proactive, and nurturing teaching approach.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to apply for Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 on supply across multiple schools.
• Work with a dedicated Aspire People consultant for guidance and support.
• Engage with a wide range of school settings and CPD opportunities.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and DBS compliance.
