Aspire People are recruiting Early Career Teachers and Newly Qualified Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas, helping you complete your ECT induction.

We offer daily supply, short- and long-term roles, a wide network of schools, competitive pay, and dedicated consultant support to help you develop professionally across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is an Early Career Teacher working towards completing their ECT induction.
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school.
• Good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Confident classroom management skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and keen to develop professionally.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining high expectations.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
