Job summary

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking newly qualified teachers (ECT) to start their career in welcoming primary schools across Bedfordshire from September 2026. You will join a supportive network that helps you find the right opportunity, whether you prefer your first permanent post or gaining experience across different schools.

This role offers flexible supply work to build experience and confidence, with opportunities for long-term roles and potential permanent placements, exposure to diverse school

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing their ECT year.
• Have a genuine passion for working with children in a primary school setting.
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
• Have strong communication and organisational skills.
• Be willing to learn and develop professionally.
• Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
