Job summary

Teaching Tomorrow is recruiting ECTs to start their teaching careers in welcoming primary schools across Bedfordshire from September 2026. You will plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons, create a positive classroom environment and support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

We offer flexible supply work with potential long-term placements, ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, and pre-employment checks including references and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring

Qualifications

  • Holds QTS or is completing an ECT year.
  • Demonstrates passion for working with primary school children.
  • Willing to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support pupil academic, social and emotional development.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress.
  • Work with colleagues, parents and carers.
