Premier Education Ltd is seeking an ECT for September 2026 to support primary schools across Cheshire with flexible supply opportunities. You will deliver engaging lessons across early years, KS1 and KS2, gaining experience in multiple settings.

The role offers day-to-day, short-term and longer placements with consultancy support. The position welcomes ECTs and those working toward QTS, encouraging a proactive, reflective approach to teaching and pupil development.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent, or due to achieve QTS.
• ECTs and Early Career Teachers encouraged to apply.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
• A positive, reliable and flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Two references covering the last two years.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Follow lesson plans and school expectations.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour effectively and confidently.
• Adapt learning to meet pupils' individual needs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
