Job summary

Inspire Education Trust invites applications for a Cover Supervisor at Hearsall School in Coventry. This fixed-term role is 28 hours per week in term time plus 5 days, with a pro rata Grade 4 salary (£17,525–£19,806).

The successful candidate will support learning, maintain high behaviour standards and safeguarding, and work to support English and Maths learners at GCSE/Level 2. We seek a dynamic team player with classroom experience who can use initiative and work well with others to help

Qualifications

• Has a good standard of education including English & Maths (GCSE/Level 2).
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has experience of working within a classroom setting and with Primary aged pupils.
• Has excellent behaviour management skills.
• Can work on their own initiative and also work well as part of a team.
• Understands their role in safeguarding and protecting children Is an excellent role model.
