Milk Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Morpeth for a Primary Classroom Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development across the primary age range.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, and will involve working closely with class teachers to provide classroom and small-group support, helping create a positive, inclusive learning

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS and KS1
• Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
• Provide small-group and 1:1 support where required
• Help create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development
• Support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs when necessary
