Job summary

GSL Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Harlow and the surrounding areas. You can choose days that fit around your availability, from a few days a week to longer-term bookings, with a dedicated consultant to help match your preferences.

Deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, follow school plans, maintain a positive classroom environment and support pupils' welfare. This role offers competitive PAYE pay, fortnightly payments, and access to training.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupils' welfare.
• ECTs with QTS and experienced teachers welcome.

The Role

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2, depending on your experience and preferences.

Follow lesson plans and guidance provided by the school where required.

Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.

Adapt activities to support pupils with different learning needs and abilities.

Support pupils' learning and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Communicate professionally with school staff and follow school policies.

Requirements
