The Royal College of General Practitioners in Torquay is recruiting a Practice Nurse to join a supportive primary care team. You will work with GPs and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are UK registered nurses with NMC PIN, experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good understanding of QOF. Training and mentorship are available to develop within primary care.

Qualifications

• UK Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in primary care is desirable.
• Newly qualified nurses welcome.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the registered manager with CQC-related duties and maintaining compliance standards.
• Delivering high-quality care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation of care plans.
• Managing chronic disease clinics and contributing to long-term condition management.
• Following practice policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Supporting preventative healthcare and patient education.
