Keighley Road Surgery is seeking an experienced practice nurse to join the clinical team. The role focuses on long‑term condition reviews, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and NHS Health Checks, under the lead nurse and GPs.

Mentoring is available for development at an advanced level, with valid NMC registration required. The successful candidate will support chronic disease management, health promotion, vaccination programs, and quality targets, while contributing to staff

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out routine patient care tasks as directed by the lead nurse and GPs.
• Chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD).
• Cervical cytology.
• Immunisations for children and adults.
• Wound care and dressings.
• Contraceptive advice.
• NHS Health Checks and screening.
• Health promotion and lifestyle advice.
• Infection prevention and control.
• Support training and development of nurses and healthcare assistants.
