Practice Plus Group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse for HMP Drake Hall, a women’s closed prison in Staffordshire. The role centres on a nurse-led service aiming to prevent hospital admissions, including medication rounds, controlled drug dispensing, and emergency response, with patient assessments and clinics.

The post is full-time with a 12-week rolling rota that includes weekend shifts and requires adult NMC registration plus additional vetting and security checks.

This Primary Care Nurse post sits in the primary care team at HMP Drake Hall, a women's closed prison in Staffordshire run by Practice Plus Group.
