Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a team-focused professional to support patient care in a primary care setting. The role involves phlebotomy, health checks, and administrative tasks to aid smooth clinic operations.

You will assist with patient duties, help with CQC-compliant processes, and work with patients with long term conditions, requiring reliable PC skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy.
• Ability to work within processes and maintain data security.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and communicate politely with patients.
• Basic PC skills including Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient duties and supporting clinical staff with patient care.
• Support the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and compliance.
• Work with patients with long term conditions; experience in phlebotomy required.
• Provide health checks, BMI, BP and wound care; complete registrations and stock control.
