Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Primal Cut Operatives for our pork-processing site. The role offers a fixed shift pattern with overtime available at a higher rate. A full-time position is on offer with a potential temp to perm progression and onsite support from Staffline.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable and punctual, with full training provided. Applicants must have transport to reach this remote site in the West of England region.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to do a very physical role and lift up to 25kgs.
• Applicants will be reliable, punctual and show good commitment.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• - Split and cut pork sides into main primal cuts
• - Inspect meat quality, monitor weight and ensure minimal product waste
• - Follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
