Our client currently has a Senior Technical Operative - Pride Council (Coastal Access) position available, based in Mablethorpe, but covering areas throughout the East Lindsey District.
They are looking for a reliable and hardworking Senior Technical Operative with a valid LGV Cat C Licence and relevant driving experience to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces by carrying out sand clearance operations and supporting wider environmental services.
The role involves working closely with Pride colleagues and the Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance teams, requiring a flexible and collaborative approach to deliver high standards of service across the community.
Candidates should take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, and be willing to undertake a variety of duties as part of a dedicated and professional team.
