South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership is recruiting for Driver/Loaders to join the Waste Services Team at East Lindsey District Council. You will drive refuse collection vehicles on scheduled rounds and support the running of the service, starting at 05:30am, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
Responsibilities include collecting refuse, recycling or green waste, loading containers, and maintaining vehicle readiness with daily checks.
Salary Range: £26,824 - £30,024 + Market supplement of £2,513 per annum

You will have principal responsibilities to drive refuse collection vehicles and ensure the safe & effective completion of collection rounds across the service and contribute to the effective running of the overall service. Start time is 05:30am Monday-Friday. Some Saturday and Bank Holiday working is also involved.

Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council have formed the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership. The largest Council Partnership in the country.
