Job summary

Eames Consulting Group is recruiting a Pricing Transformation Actuary to drive pricing transformation initiatives and enhance analytics capabilities in a market-leading pricing team.

You will develop and maintain the pricing framework, support underwriters in portfolio decisions, and own elements of the transformation roadmap. AI-enabled tools will be used to modernise insight generation, with preference for candidates progressing through IFoA exams.

Qualifications

• Strong pricing experience is required.
• Exposure to Hx or Python is desirable.
• Progress through IFoA exams is desirable.

The world of pricing is ever changing, with Hx becoming an increasingly in demand skillset. This position will see you join a market leading pricing team, driving transformation improvements including those within Hx.

You’ll develop and maintain the pricing framework, assisting underwriters and portfolio decision making, take ownership over aspects of the transformation roadmap, and use AI enabled tools to modernise insight generation.

The ideal candidate has strong pricing experience, ideally with exposure to Hx or Python. Additionally, strong progress through the IFoA exams is desirable.
