Job summary

Eh Smith (builders Merchants) Ltd. is looking for a Commercial Team Coordinator to join our Head Office team. This role involves maintaining product and supplier data, supporting sales and the purchase ledger team, and managing supplier price changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in database management, preferably with Kerridge or Excel, and possess strong communication skills. We provide a supportive work environment with a focus on colleague development.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing databases, preferably Kerridge or Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of building products or distribution business is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal Buying Drive and update information.
• Manage Supplier Price Change data through Fortis notifications.
• Support Category Managers with selling price updates.
• Assist sales colleagues with product data and pricing queries.
• Review new product proposals and implement requests.
• Support with supplier invoice queries.
• Provide cover for the Catalogue Manager.
• Organise and support commercial team meetings.
