Qualifications

• Lead pricing strategy development for travel insurance products with FCA alignment.
• Drive pricing innovation using GLMs and machine learning with transparent methods.
• Utilise Emblem and Radar to develop, test and refine pricing models.
• Perform market research to understand positioning and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular pricing performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Marketing, Claims and Product teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and support wellbeing, collaboration and inclusion.
• Ensure pricing strategies comply with UK pricing reforms and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field requested.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R/Python).

• Team development: mentor and develop junior analysts and foster a feedback-driven culture.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure pricing strategies comply with FCA and industry standards.
