Job summary

Numan, a health-tech company in the UK, is seeking a Commercial Pricing Analyst to shape pricing strategies and drive revenue growth. You will use financial modelling, experiments and commercial judgement to inform category pricing and guardrails.

The role involves coordinating with Growth, Marketing and Finance, analysing price points, and proposing impactful changes. A quantitative degree and 3+ years in pricing/financial analysis are required, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Economics or Finance.
• At least 3+ years in pricing, commercial or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities using spreadsheets.
• Experience designing experiments and understanding the statistics behind results.
• Clear communicator able to present complex data simply.

Responsibilities

• Shape pricing strategy for each category with robust analysis and guardrails.
• Analyse price points and discounts; recommend changes to improve margin and conversion.
• Design pricing and discount tests with Growth, Marketing and Finance; define success measures.
• Report revenue, margin and unit economics by category, product and cohort; flag risks and opportunities.
• Support quarterly planning and forecasting with Finance; explain variances.
