Talent Acquisition Specialist - North Europe | CHANGE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

DP World has an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Specialist to join our growing team remotely from the UK, France, or Italy. The Pricing Specialist is responsible for building accurate and profitable financial models and commercial rates/tariffs in response to RFQs from prospective or current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and user-friendly pricing models and tools.
• Lead pricing opportunities and renewal processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Services to identify deliverables and design solutions.
• Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and error-free outputs.
• Support bid teams and senior management to meet pricing, margin, and profitability targets by providing feedback on costs, solutions, and pricing strategies.
• Document pricing assumptions and create client-facing documentation with terms and conditions.
• Assess pricing risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure pricing integrity and profitability.
• Review contract terms to ensure alignment with pricing models and suggest negotiation parameters.
• Ensure contracts comply with company P&L reporting standards, including EBIT and ROCE.
• Support win validation and implementation to ensure pricing aligns with the scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the 3PL industry, focusing on engineering, costing, or operations, with a good understanding of production and logistics costs.
• Proficient in creating and using pricing templates, cost databases, and supporting tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure, calculating pricing impacts quickly and accurately for senior leadership.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.
• Strong business acumen with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills and delegation abilities.
