Join a growing Execution Managed Services (EMS) function – a high-performing team blending operational expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver scalable solutions for complex client challenges. Focused on long-term outcomes, the team acts as a trusted delivery partner for transformation, optimization, and regulatory engagement.

A commercially minded finance expert with experience in shaping and supporting complex deals, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial integrity, client value, and internal compliance.

• Strategic thinking aligned with market context
• Cost baselining, due diligence, and financial modelling
• Understanding of managed services contracting and sales methodology
• Strong stakeholder engagement, particularly with senior leaders
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining robust financial models
• Familiarity with investment appraisal and accounting fundamentals

About the Role

You’ll support the commercial lifecycle of large-scale, pan-European managed services opportunities. From initial scoping through to contract finalization, your work will ensure financial viability and mutual value for both client and provider.

• Lead financial deal shaping and pricing for high-value service contracts
• Manage client and internal business cases in parallel
• Ensure costing aligns with delivery solution and commercial goals
• Analyse cost drivers, perform scenario modelling, and handle pricing iterations
• Present financial propositions to senior executives and support sales engagement
• Advise on innovative structuring, pricing mechanisms, and commercial terms
• Maintain integrity and compliance with internal financial standards and best practice
• Extract and apply lessons learned from previous deals to evolve internal frameworks
