Job summary

Geodis is seeking a Pricing Coordinator for its London Heathrow operations. This role supports the UK Sales function, qualifying pricing requests, coordinating quotes, and maintaining pricing data and tools.

You will work closely with the UK Tender/Product team and Sales Owners to drive commercial decisions and improve competitiveness. The position requires strong numeracy, Excel proficiency, and experience in freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding and logistics experience required.
• Strong numeracy and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond to GEODIS Network and Agent pricing requests for the UK business.
• Follow-up and report monthly on success of quotes completed.
• Complete pricing for local, regional, and global tenders with Sales Owners and Branch teams.
• Provide technical knowledge and support to the business and network.
• Contact carriers for rates and information related to quotations.
• Analyse volume and pricing data to guide commercial decisions.
• Update pricing databases and tools.
• Issue quotations in a single format/system and record for customer accounts.
• Analyze data to guide commercial decisions and participate in process improvement projects.
• Identify and transfer sales leads to appropriate sales teams.
• Collect market and pricing feedback for improvements in new customer sales.
