Qualifications

• Currently studying for an undergraduate degree in Business or STEM and aiming for a 2:2 or above.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience with Python or data visualization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support department and company initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects delivering measurable improvements.
• Support maintenance of KPI reporting and identify trends.
• Work with large data sources and learn data visualization software.
• Help develop predictive analytics for targeted customer communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers to optimise service delivery and cost.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiency.
