Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join the Finance team in the UK. The role focuses on producing Management Information (MI) for pricing oversight, governance forums, and portfolio performance across multiple brands.

You will collaborate with Sales, Treasury, and Legal to deliver high-quality outputs and drive pricing decisions. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of Finance experience, strong Excel skills, and exposure to Power BI and data warehouses.

Qualifications

• Part qualified management accountant with 2-3 years of experience working in a Finance environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and graphs.
• Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Proven track record in developing, preparing, and delivering MI.
• Experience of a regulated environment / consumer duty is desirable.
• Exposure to the motor industry is desirable.
• Previous exposure to data warehouse environments is desirable.
• Commercial awareness and understanding.
• Attention to detail and desire to own high quality output for presentation to senior management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Logical / analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently while managing own workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of Pricing MI for oversight of pricing activity by the Product & FV Forum and Pricing Committee.
• Monitor and report on retail performance of TFS plans.
• Lead Fair Value assessment activity and develop MI supporting assessments across four brands and various products.
• Produce ad hoc MI to support management escalation of pricing issues to the appropriate governance forum.
• Produce Wholesale MI for oversight and monitoring of portfolio performance and management decision-making.
• Update and maintain policies and procedures in the area of responsibility.
• Work with Pricing team members to understand current MI and outputs for analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal, and New Business teams.
• Review dashboards and KPI data to identify trends and messaging supporting business decisions.
• Own Fair Value assessments, annual statements supporting Senior Management attestation, Pricing MI for governance forums, and pricing-related performance MI for management reporting.
