We are currently seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize customer journeys across a major rail network. In this role, you will lead pricing strategies and product management, ensuring customers have access to the right travel options at the right prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to grow revenue and customer journeys.
• Manage ticket products, ensuring they align with customer needs across diverse segments (leisure, students, commuters, and business travelers).
• Identify new opportunities for business development, including driving the agenda of fares reform.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including ticket retailing and fulfilment partners.
• Provide analytical insights, preparing and presenting pricing analysis to senior management.
• Lead pricing projects, including the evaluation of fares and ticketing system improvements.
• Support the management of ticketing systems and ensure compliance with pricing policies.

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience in a pricing, commercial, or analytical role, ideally within transportation, travel, or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and pricing strategy development.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Understanding of fares, ticketing, and revenue management is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
