We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Manager to join our established and experienced Pricing team at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering actuarial analyses in areas such as product pricing, risk modelling, corporate planning, reinsurance, claims reserves, and underwriting analysis.
You will recruit, develop, and motivate a team of pricing experts to ensure the timely and accurate provision of analyses, models, and actions to meet strategy and targets for assigned accounts or portfolios.
You will support the Senior Pricing Manager and/or Director in developing the portfolio strategy.
You will represent your team at relevant meetings and collaborate with the wider Commercial Underwriting Office and P&L to communicate findings and support implementation.
About You
You will have experience in developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
A strong knowledge of general insurance pricing and modelling techniques, along with Actuarial or practical Pricing experience, is desired.
You should possess advanced technology, numeracy, and mathematical skills (e.g., Excel, Emblem, Radar, VBA, R).
