Job summary

Atom bank is seeking a Commercial Data Scientist to connect our Data Science and Commercial Savings teams. You will design pricing and elasticity models and deploy them into production, then clearly explain the rationale to non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll work to forecast deposit balances, identify funding sources, and translate insights into strategic actions for leadership. This role requires hands-on coding, strong communication, and a passion for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modelling and data manipulation.
Experience deploying models into production using best practices.
Strong ability to translate complex statistics for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Bridge Data Science and Commercial Savings teams to inform pricing decisions.
Design and develop pricing and elasticity models for product development.
Develop robust forecasting models for deposit balances and production deployment.
Translate data insights into actionable leadership recommendations.
