Finlay Jude Associates is seeking a Pricing Coordinator for a client in the Bury area. The role involves developing competitive pricing strategies and delivering accurate pricing for all products while collaborating with manufacturers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills with keen eye for data.
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
• Accuracy with data; data modelling experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
• Experience creating / managing / analysing pricing structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing proposals for assigned clients using advanced Excel (V Lookups, Pivots).
• Provide analysis and support for clients and other areas of the business.
• Analyse profitability of products and schemes to ensure margins meet targets.
• Manage discount terms to minimise financial risk.
• Liaise with client contacts to agree pricing and handle issues or queries.
• Provide pricing overviews to internal departments.
• Collaborate with pricing coordinators and pricing manager to cross-check work.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies with internal teams and clients.
• Assist with ad-hoc client data requests.
• Create bespoke pricing lists and maintain pricing information library.
• Support the team with ad-hoc queries to meet deadlines.
• Proactively look for smarter ways of working and track market movements.
