Job summary

Manifest Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Pricing Co-ordinator/Pricing Analyst for a multinational freight forwarder based in Shepperton, United Kingdom. The role focuses on supporting pricing and commercial functions across air, ocean, road and customs services.

You will help prepare and administer quotations, maintain supplier rates, update CargoWise and ensure timely quotation activity. The position offers a Monday–Friday in-office work pattern with opportunities to grow within the pricing

Qualifications

Reporting To Pricing Manager

We have been retained by our client in Shepperton, a multinational, multimodal Freight Forwarder, to recruit for a Pricing Co-Ordinator.

The Pricing Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Pricing and Commercial functions across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight and Customs services.

The role will assist with the preparation and administration of accurate, competitive and commercially viable quotations, ensuring that pricing requests are processed efficiently and that the Sales Team receives the information and support required to develop new and existing business.

Working closely with the Pricing Manager, Sales Team, Operations, overseas partners, carriers and suppliers, the Pricing Co-Ordinator will help maintain pricing information, obtain supplier rates, update CargoWise and ensure quotation activity is managed accurately and within agreed timescales.

The role is ideally suited to an individual looking to develop their commercial Freight Forwarding Pricing knowledge and build a career within international freight forwarding and logistics. You could come from a Freight Operations background, but you must have solid pricing experience, whether as a Pricing Analyst or a Pricing Specialist.

You should enjoy working with numbers, have strong attention to detail and want to understand the commercial side of international logistics.

Working closely with our Pricing Manager, you’ll build your knowledge of freight pricing and supplier relationships. As your experience grows, you’ll have opportunities to take greater ownership of quotations, supplier negotiations and commercial projects, with the potential to progress within the team.
