The Role:

• Create and issue competitive pricing and quotations for ocean freight
• Liaise with agents, shipping lines, and internal teams to secure the best rates
• Use Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Follow up on quotes, maintain strong client relationships, and support retention
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls and client visits

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight pricing or freight forwarding operations
• Strong understanding of ocean import/export processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
