Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Pricing Co-Ordinator to join our Revenue Management team where you'll support us with strategic pricing across a diverse product range. This role will be based at our Bishop’s Cleeve site.

The Role:
As a Pricing Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for carrying out strategic pricing across a diverse product range. This will include reviewing RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal) in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for utilising our Company Pricing Tools and ERP system to support the estimation team to produce cost estimates. You will be required to populate quotes with pricing and cost estimates using our CRM (Customer Relations Management) system. You will work with other key stakeholders within various departments to resolve problems which prevent quote output. Monitoring and interpreting KPI’s related to quoting will be a key duty in this position.

You’ll need to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word, and ideally, you’ll have had experience working with an ERP system (though this is not essential). You’ll be flexible in your approach and able to thrive in a fast paced and busy environment whilst maintaining excellent organisational and record keeping skills. We are not prescriptive on the exact experience you’ll need to be successful in this role - it's all about the person, and we believe in people's potential!
