Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage pricing and quotations for Ocean Freight services
2. Issue and follow up on quotes to prospects and existing customers
3. Build and maintain strong relationships to support customer retention and satisfaction
4. Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
5. Negotiate rates with agents and shipping lines
6. Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls and client visits

What We're Looking For

• Experience in freight pricing, operations, or logistics processes
• Understanding of import or export procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in ocean freight within a freight forwarding environment (preferred)
