Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking a Pricing Controller to own and evolve pricing and promotions strategy across Category, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams. The role requires leading governance, mentoring pricing analysts, and driving ROI through elasticity modelling.

The position is based onsite in North West London and is a permanent role. You will collaborate with multiple functions to optimise margins and forecast impacts of pricing actions in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in pricing, commercial, or analytical roles.
• Experience in PE firms, Retail and/or Food/CPG suppliers advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pricing governance with Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Partner with Category Leads to set pricing, promotions, KVIs, and vendor-funded events.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate margin and forecast impacts.
• Work with Data & Analytics/BI teams to improve reporting, models and measurement tools.
• Engage Supply Chain on availability risks when planning promotions.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and development to Pricing Analysts.
• Build a strong pricing culture with coaching, upskilling and reviews.
• Represent Pricing in cross-functional steering groups and trading meetings.
• Lead change management for new pricing tools and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in measurement, elasticity modelling and promo ROI.
