Hastings Direct is seeking a Pricing Automation Analyst to optimise pricing automation and data-driven decision making. The role sits within the Finance team and partners with pricing, data and analytics to deliver commercial value.

You will work across pricing, modelling and engineering to push research into production, enabling faster and smarter underwriting decisions in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, market dynamics or underwriting is a plus.
• Strong coding and data manipulation skills with Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and big data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing automation workflows to streamline underwriting models.
• Collaborate with pricing, data and analytics teams to deliver insights.
• Own and improve data pipelines and tooling for pricing processes.
