Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group is seeking a Pricing Administrator to join our UK team in Birmingham. You will manage customer account changes and pricing queries, using our systems to maintain accurate data and communicate with branches and internal departments.

The role requires proficiency with Excel and a structured, detail-oriented approach under pressure. We provide training and a supportive environment, with opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with systems is desirable.
• Organised, focused and able to work under pressure.
• Training will be provided to help you maintain our systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle changes to customer accounts and pricing via central inbox.
• Update customer special pricing through discount terms and contracts.
• Work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in projects designed to improve processes.
• Report impact of price changes internally and prepare data for loading.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the manager.

Purpose of the Job:

In your role, you will demonstrate your ability to use computer systems efficiently to make customer account changes while communicating effectively throughout our branches and internal departments. You will show your determination in problem solving and present a systematic view to daily tasks. You will take a pro-active approach to your role and be the main go-to person for account enquiries and changes.

Key responsibilities and duties - daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Being responsible for all changes to customer accounts and pricing (specific for Pricing outbound changes and product restrictions), handling, and managing all enquiries into a central inbox

• Updating customer special pricing through discount terms and contracts on requests

• Working with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail

• Assist in projects designed to make processes more efficient

• Report impact on customer price changes internally, collate and gather information for loading

• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

• The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by his/her manager.

Personal Specification:

• Basic to intermediate excel skill level is essential

• Experience with systems is desirable

• Organised, focused and can work well under pressure
