Eames Consulting Group is recruiting Pricing & Analytics Manager for a global insurance client in City of London. You will lead a 2-person pricing team to drive strategic growth across multiple classes and develop analytics capabilities for underwriting and pricing decisions.

You will ensure data quality, build analytics dashboards, and review pricing models, especially during new product launches, to deliver performance insights to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Strong pricing experience in personal lines, SME, or mid-market segments.
• Proven ability to lead a small team (2 people).
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights for pricing decisions.
• Experience building and evaluating pricing models and performance reviews.
• Experience launching new insurance products and assessing impact.
