Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Product Pricing Manager in Redditch to own pricing analysis and strategy across 50,000+ SKUs. You will run SQL queries, analyse CPI movements and build Power BI dashboards to support pricing decisions, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days at our Redditch Support Centre, and opportunities to work with Data Science on new pricing tools. A strong pricing background and data curiosity are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven pricing experience within retail or ecommerce.
• Ability to analyse price movements and elasticity.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse competitive price positions across 50,000+ SKUs daily.
• Run SQL queries and ad hoc analyses to support pricing decisions.
• Analyse CPI movements and report impact to category heads and directors.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real‑time pricing visibility.
• Collaborate with Data Science to develop new pricing tools.
• Track pricing KPIs and feed insights into continuous improvement.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment on pricing with trading, buying, digital, marketing and finance.
