Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Pricing Manager/Business Analyst/Product Manager to drive data-led pricing strategy across automotive, HVAC and rail sectors. You will work with Sales, Purchasing and Operations to shape margins and revenue, presenting insights to stakeholders.

The role requires comfort with Excel, ERP/MRP and BI tools, and offers hybrid work with a Northampton base. Strong commercial acumen and data storytelling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the data relating pricing modules and frameworks across all customer groups.
• Use data to drive sales and uncover new opportunities for the business.
• Analyze processes, pricing structures, contracts, fees and systems to find cost reductions and margins.
• Develop understanding of competition and target audience, existing and prospective.
• Support Sales, Purchasing, Operations and other departments with pricing updates and models.
